Description

Well! I got really bored and I convinced my friend Marcella ~DaughterInumi to draw me a pose.. and then I just started drawing clothing. As it came along I realized I wanted to create my own tribute from District 8 based on the Hunger Games.
I went off of how I imagined the uniform for the games in book one.
Hope you like it! I have no idea what to call her!
